Ok, our nerves are frazzled......Olivia is totally wired and OFF THE CHAIN !!!! She was great until we were about 30 minutes from landing in LAX, and then the major meltdown started. She hasn't slept since 5 this morning, so I am hoping she gives it up soon.
We are unable to upload pictures while in the airport for some reason, so the pictures taken today won't be posted until we make it to Taiwan. We start boarding in about 30 minutes.
Oh, by the way, David got into it with a TSA agent who was apparently in a cranky mood today. Going through international security, we had David's iPad in the plastic bin that they scan through the machine, along with our phones, keys, etc. The TSA guy comes over to us and points to the IPad, screws his face all up, and says to David "what is THAT???" in a really nasty voice. David says "its an IPad man, what's it look like?" at that comment my mouth just fell open in shock. Apparently we had positioned it wrong in the bin. Instead of it being flat, we had it on top of something. Seriously???? So David called him an ***hole, loud enough for me to hear it just fine but thank God, not loud enough for the TSA guy to hear it. Then because I was so flustered, and afraid of being carted away by the FBI, CIA or some other group, I left one of the big carry on bags at the screening area. We realized it about 10 minutes later, ran back to retrieve it, and our old friend, Mr. Congeniality TSA had it. LOL Everything turned out ok thank God !!! Everyone's prayers are working !! Please keep praying for a safe journey!!
